Hello! My name is Tamao Inanabe!!

I am an animator and illustrator based in Nagoya, Japan.

I moved to the US when I was 18 and graduated from California State University Long Beach with BFA in Animation.

Since graduating, I have been working on animation and illustration projects both in the US and Japan.

I love art that gives me a sense of warmth and comfort,

and makes me notice the small moments in everyday life we often overlook. 

My goal in art making is to understand people through art - how they feel and express it. And through my art, I hope people can feel like they are understood.

私は愛知県名古屋市出身のアニメーター、イラストレーターです。18歳で渡米し、カリフォルニア州立大学でアニメーションBFAを取得しました。卒業後はアメリカと日本を中心に活動しています。

温かい安心感をくれる、ついつい見過ごしてしまう日常の小さな瞬間に気づかせてくれる芸術が好きです。私の作品制作のゴールは芸術を通して人を理解する事です。そして私の作品を通じて、自分は理解されていると感じていただけたらと思います。
